"Kopi tiam atau kedai kopi dengan menu utama mie pangsit alias wonton noodle. Selain mie pangsit, ada makanan dan minuman lain juga, seperti nasi tim, nasi lemak, chicken rice kwetiau, bihun, coffee , teh dan lain sebagainya. Tempat di 2 unit ruko, bersih rapi nyaman. Banyak meja kursi tempat duduk. Ada toilet. Ada parkiran."
